Coffee having health benefits to it or not has been an age- old debate for as long as coffee itself has been around, which is a very long time. What I am going to talk about has been around even longer than coffee, in fact about 4000 years. It is an herb called GANODERMA. The Chinese refer to Ganoderma as Lingzhi meaning "spiritual potency." The Japanese address Ganoderma as Reishi, and say that it is "The king of all herbs." Dr. Shi-Jean Lee, the most famous Chinese medical doctor of the Ming Dynasty, strongly endorses the effectiveness of Ganoderma in his book Ban Chao Gang Moo. Dr. Lee states that long term consumption of Ganoderma will help to build a strong, viable, healthy body.

This herb is nothing short of miraculous with everything it offers to the body. Ganoderma is an adaptogen, basically meaning that it may help to heal the body where it needs healing. Once ingested into the bloodstream it goes to where the body needs some help. It also in many cases will help to elevate your energy level, help regulate blood sugar levels, and suppress appetite.
Wouldn't it be exciting to see some unwanted extra pounds disappear just by drinking coffee?! Now you may be wondering what in the world this herb called ganoderma is doing in an article about coffee having health benefits. The concept seemed a bit strange to me at first, however, the more I thought about it I realized that herbal teas have been around for a very long time.
There are companies that understand the countless benefits that this powerful herb will do for consumers, and wanted to offer it to people all over the globe. The vision is to get people to consume the Ganoderma without them changing much from their current lifestyle. So the idea of offering this herb to people in the form of coffee and other beverages was born. After all, coffee is the world's second most consumed beverage, next to water. Now that is an easy way of getting people to consume something that is beneficial for them, without having to take another pill.
I don't know about you, but the recommendation of another pill being offered for some sort of ailment that I may have just does not thrill me. It's scary to me when I read what a new medication may help to solve, and then read about the side effects that may be created. Ganoderma is natural. It comes from the earth and there are no known side effects.
So now if you're intrigued on what ganoderma is and would like to find out more on this amazing herb then check out my free report at http://www.healthycoffeethatpays.com
